Terms of Service

The Service is an editorial workflow tool that allows authorized LebWorld News editors to authenticate their TikTok accounts and publish news media (videos and captions) directly to TikTok using the TikTok Content Posting API.

This Service is strictly for use by authorized personnel and is not a public social media management tool.

By using the Service, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, as well as TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

You are solely responsible for all content that you publish via the Service. You warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish the media and captions to your connected TikTok account.

You agree not to publish content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, infringes on intellectual property rights, or otherwise violates TikTok's Community Guidelines.

To use the Service, you must explicitly authorize LebWorld News to access your TikTok account. By authorizing the application, you grant us permission to act on your behalf solely for the purpose of uploading and publishing the videos you select.

You may revoke this authorization at any time from your TikTok account settings.

The Service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. LebWorld News expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Availability depends on TikTok's API stability and our internal systems.

In no event shall LebWorld News be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service or TikTok's platform.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the 'Updated At' date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
