YouTube Terms of Service

The Service is an editorial workflow tool that allows authorized LebWorld News editors to authenticate their YouTube channels and publish news media (videos, Shorts, and descriptions) directly to YouTube using the YouTube API Client.

This Service is strictly for use by authorized personnel and is not a public social media management tool.

By using the Service, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

Additionally, by connecting your Google/YouTube account, you explicitly agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not authorize the application.

You are solely responsible for all content that you publish via the Service. You warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish the media and description to your connected YouTube channel.

You agree not to publish content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, infringes on intellectual property rights, or otherwise violates YouTube's Community Guidelines.

To use the Service, you must explicitly authorize LebWorld News to access your YouTube account. By authorizing the application, you grant us permission to act on your behalf solely for the purpose of uploading and publishing the videos and Shorts you select.

You may revoke this authorization at any time from your Google Account security settings page (Manage third-party access).

The Service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. LebWorld News expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Availability depends on Google's API stability and our internal systems.

In no event shall LebWorld News be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service or the connected Google/YouTube platform.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the 'Updated At' date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
